Couperose laser treatment:
Removing redness and veins

Couperose laser: before / after picture
Rosacea laser treatment: before / after image

The redness of the skin and the individual veins are predisposed and can be provoked by the sun (couperose) or sometimes also be an expression of a skin disease such as rosacea. Couperose is a congenital vasodilatation in the facial area (cheeks, nose) that is provoked by the sun.

Rosazea (lower image) is a skin disease of the face with blotchy redness and inflammatory blisters and pus blisters, later also tuberous growths on the nose. With our two effective laser systems, these vascular enlargements can be removed quickly, easily and painlessly.

In the underlying disease rosacea, removing the vessels reduces the activity of the disease. However, the clinical picture of rosacea must first be diagnosed by dermatologist Dr. Urs Büttiker, dermatologist Bern Bubenberg. Then a treatment tailored to your needs, including this laser treatment, can be carried out in our dermatology practice in Bern Bubenberg.

Dr. Urs Büttiker, MD, is member of the Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications and the Laser Commission FMCH. Thanks to the latest skin laser technology available in-house, laser therapy can be carried out quickly after diagnosis.
